We provide professional sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related construction services for residential properties in Temecula, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during work.
Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required to schedule your project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Permits and Approvals
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring your property is accessible and that any homeowner association approvals are obtained before work begins.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with warranties as outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment as specified by each manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for the period specified in your agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or lack of proper maintenance.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our team and equipment. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed before work begins.
During construction, certain areas may be unsafe. Please follow any safety instructions provided by our crew.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to California state law.
